Return & Refund Policy

At Oraluxe, we strive to provide high-quality products and excellent customer service. Please read this Return & Refund Policy carefully before placing an order, as it explains your rights and our obligations clearly.


Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges

We only accept return or exchange requests under the following circumstances:

  • The product received is damaged during transit

  • The product is defective or faulty

  • The incorrect product was delivered

To qualify for a return or exchange, all of the following conditions must be met:

  • You must contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order

  • The product must be unused, unopened, and unaltered

  • The product must be returned in its original packaging, including all accessories, labels, and seals

  • A valid proof of purchase (order number or receipt) must be provided

Requests submitted after 48 hours of delivery will not be accepted under any circumstances.


Non-Returnable & Non-Refundable Items

The following items are not eligible for return, exchange, or refund:

  • Used, opened, or tampered products

  • Products damaged due to misuse, mishandling, or negligence

  • Change-of-mind returns

  • Items returned without original packaging or proof of purchase


Return Process

To initiate a return or exchange:

  1. Contact us via email or phone within 48 hours of delivery

  2. Provide your order number, product details, and clear photos/videos showing the issue

  3. Our team will review your request and respond within 2–3 business days

  4. If approved, return instructions will be shared with you

Oraluxe reserves the right to approve or reject any return request after inspection.


Refund Policy

Refunds are issued only after the returned item is received and inspected by our team.

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 2–3 business days

  • Refunds will be issued through the original payment method

  • Any delays caused by banks or payment gateways are beyond our control


Exchange Policy

If an exchange is approved:

  • The replacement product will be dispatched after inspection of the returned item

  • Exchange is subject to product availability

  • If the replacement item is unavailable, a refund may be issued at our discretion


Order Cancellation Policy

  • Orders may only be cancelled before dispatch

  • Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled, returned, or refunded

  • To cancel an order, contact us immediately after placing it


Cash on Delivery (COD) Policy

  • COD orders must be accepted at the time of delivery

  • Refusal to accept COD orders without valid reason may result in blacklisting from future purchases

  • COD orders are not eligible for refund once delivered, except in cases of damaged or incorrect items
